How do you grade the condition of an item?
We aim to provide pieces which are in good condition and any major damage or wear to garments will be described so that buyers are aware prior to purchase. We grade the condition of items in a scale:
New/Never Used – This product is brand new, never used/worn.
Gently Used - No apparent flaws, tried on once or stored for a long time.
Used - Signs of wear, maybe 1 slight mark here and there.
Very Worn - Completely worn in. Flaws or signs of wear/tear will be stated in description.
Vintage - Vintage condition meaning that non-stated flaws/wear can occur due to ageing (i.e. fading, rips, stains).
What determines the price of a product?
We work with different sources to determine sale prices systematically using a myriad of factors such as product condition, rarity, and size availability.
How does sizing work?
We recommend sticking to your true size unless measurements are provided. For footwear we recommend referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide. If you would like to find out specific measurements for any products please email us at email@example.com.
Are all products authentic?
All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as everything listed for sale is thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for authenticity and condition.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to a select number of nations.
Is the stock on your webshop the same as the stock instore?
Our physical stores in Stockholm offer a much wider range of items than our webshop.
When will my order arrive?
All orders will be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an email notifying with the given tracking information. Find more information here.
Will customs and duties be included for international orders?
Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price. Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives.
What is the return and exchange policy at ettresex®?
If you live in Europe you will have the availability to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, but your product can be returned for a refund and you may proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
