Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide to select countries. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (CET) may be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Product

We sell both New/Never Used and Used/Vintage items. Any flaws or signs of wear on vintage items will be noted in the description. All items are in good condition and 100% authentic. We do not sell or accept fakes or factory variants.

Sizing

Stick to your true size or refer to the original size guide unless measurements are provided. For specific measurements, email us at contact@ettresex.com.

Customs

Orders within the EU are shipped DDP (taxes and duties included). Outside the EU, orders are shipped DDU—duties and taxes may apply upon arrival.

Returns

Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges, but you may return your item for a refund and place a new order. All in-store purchases are final sale.
